1. Agreement and company information
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Axtra Solutions LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company owned by Mustafa YILDIZ. They govern your access to axtrasolutions.com, its public content and forms, and any Axtra Hub sign-in, account-setup or account-security surface that links to these Terms.
By using a covered surface, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the covered surface.
2. Separate agreements for paid services
A project begins only when the parties enter an applicable written proposal, statement of work, order, subscription or other agreement. That agreement governs paid services, fees, deliverables, intellectual-property allocation, warranties, service levels, data processing and liability for that engagement.
If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject it covers. Website text, estimates, examples and form acknowledgements are not a substitute for a signed agreement.
3. Eligibility and authorized use
You may browse the public website for lawful informational and business purposes. To submit a form, accept a Hub invitation or create or use an account, you must have legal capacity to do so and must provide accurate information that you are authorized to use.
Accounts and workspaces may be restricted to invited or approved users. Access granted to one person or organization does not authorize access by another person.
4. General information and no professional advice
Public website content describes capabilities, approaches and general technical or business topics. It is not a binding offer, promise of availability, guarantee of results or professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance or cybersecurity advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your facts before relying on a general article or example for a material decision.
Case studies, client marks and examples illustrate context and do not guarantee that another project will achieve the same result.
5. Inquiries, support and career submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit and for having authority to share it. Do not send credentials, payment-card data, private keys, regulated records or confidential material through a public form. If supporting files are needed for a project, request an approved secure channel.
Submitting a project inquiry does not require either party to proceed. Submitting a resume or career interest is not an application to a currently open role, does not guarantee review or contact and does not create an employment relationship.
6. Hub accounts and authentication
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, recovery codes, passkeys, devices and active sessions. Do not share an individual account or allow another person to authenticate as you. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Axtra may support password, email verification, magic link, two-factor authentication, passkey and Google Sign-In methods. Availability depends on configuration and account eligibility. You are also subject to the applicable provider terms when you choose a third-party sign-in method.
We may require identity or account verification, revoke sessions, reset security factors, suspend access or require stronger authentication when reasonably necessary to protect an account, workspace or service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, forms, Hub authentication or any connected system. Prohibited conduct includes the following:
- Violating law, another person's rights or a contractual confidentiality obligation
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to an account, workspace, system, file, credential or nonpublic route
- Probing, scanning, bypassing or testing security controls without prior written authorization that clearly defines scope
- Introducing malware, malicious files, destructive instructions or traffic intended to impair availability
- Circumventing rate limits, origin controls, access controls, bot protections or technical restrictions
- Impersonating another person, misrepresenting affiliation or submitting information you are not entitled to use
- Using automated collection in a manner that imposes unreasonable load, defeats access controls or republishes protected content
- Using Axtra content, accounts or infrastructure to develop, train or operate a competing service in violation of applicable rights or agreements
8. Intellectual property
The website, Axtra name and marks, original written content, interface components, illustrations, source materials and selection or arrangement of content are owned by Axtra Solutions LLC or licensed to it and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms grant a limited, revocable, nonexclusive and nontransferable permission to view and use the public website for its intended informational purpose. They do not grant a right to copy, sell, sublicense, remove notices, create a misleading affiliation or reuse protected materials in another product, model, training corpus or commercial publication.
Third-party names, marks, open-source software and licensed media remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses. Client materials and project deliverables are governed by the relevant project agreement.
9. Your submissions and feedback
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Axtra a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, scan, review and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested feature, protect systems and comply with law.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback that is not confidential, Axtra may use it to improve its services without a payment obligation. This does not authorize Axtra to publish your confidential project information or personal form submission.
10. Privacy and electronic communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and analytics choices. By submitting an inquiry or using an account, you agree to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to respond, verify an account, secure access or operate the relationship.
We do not treat a public inquiry as consent to unrelated marketing where separate consent is required. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
11. Third-party services and external links
The website may link to client sites, social platforms, Google services or other third-party resources. Axtra does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, accessibility or privacy practices. A link or displayed mark does not create an endorsement unless we clearly say so.
Cloudflare, Google and other operational providers may have their own terms for the services they provide. Review those terms before choosing an optional third-party feature such as Google Sign-In.
12. Availability, changes and suspension
We may update, maintain, suspend or remove a public feature when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted public-site or authentication availability. Service levels exist only when stated in a separate signed agreement.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, suspected compromise, legal requirements, nonpayment under a separate agreement or risk to users, clients or systems. Where practical and appropriate, we will use proportionate measures and provide notice through the relevant account or contact channel.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Axtra disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and noninfringement as they relate to the public website, except where a warranty cannot lawfully be excluded.
We do not warrant that general content is complete for your circumstances, that every error will be corrected immediately or that a third-party service will remain available. These disclaimers do not modify an express warranty in a signed client agreement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axtra Solutions LLC and its owner, personnel and contractors will not be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on the public website or a third-party link.
Liability for paid services, client data or project deliverables is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or another nonwaivable obligation.
15. Responsibility for violations
You remain responsible for your acts, your submitted material and activity performed through an account you control, except to the extent unauthorized activity results from Axtra's breach of a nonwaivable duty. You must cooperate reasonably with an investigation of suspected misuse affecting your account or organization.
16. Governing law and disputes
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise or a signed agreement states a different rule, these Terms and public website use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, the parties should send written notice describing the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity for direct resolution. Subject to any mandatory forum right, exclusive jurisdiction and venue will lie in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent equitable relief to protect accounts, confidential information or intellectual-property rights.
17. Changes, severability and waiver
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the website, security practices, services or law. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects registered users, we will provide additional notice when required.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not limit the text.
