Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated August 11, 2026

1. Who we are and the scope of this policy

Axtra Solutions LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company owned by Mustafa YILDIZ. In this policy, “Axtra,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Axtra Solutions LLC. Axtra is responsible for the personal information described in this policy unless a client agreement identifies another role or responsibility.

This policy applies when you visit axtrasolutions.com, use a public contact, support or career form, communicate through an address published on the website, or use an Axtra Hub sign-in, account-setup or account-security page that links to this policy.

Client project data and content processed inside Axtra Hub may also be governed by a client agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement or workspace notice. If a specific agreement conflicts with this policy for that processing, the specific agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Axtra. We aim to collect information that is reasonably necessary for the purpose described at the time of collection.

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, work email address, telephone number, company, location or time zone
  • Project and business information, such as your website, requested service, budget range, timing, preferred contact method and the context you include in an inquiry
  • Support and communications information, including the content of emails, support requests, accessibility feedback, security reports and related correspondence
  • Career information, such as your area of interest, location, professional profile, introduction and the resume or CV you choose to upload
  • Hub account and authentication information, such as your name, email address, account status, workspace membership, authentication method, session records, security events, two-factor configuration, passkey public-key material and recovery activity
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested URL, referrer, date and time, response status, Cloudflare Ray ID and security or diagnostic events
  • Website measurement information, such as page views, navigation events, session statistics, approximate location, device category and referral source when Google Analytics is enabled with the required consent
  • Preference information stored in your browser, such as theme and analytics-consent choices

3. Information we ask you not to submit

Public forms are not intended for passwords, private keys, payment-card data, bank details, government identification numbers, medical records or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request. A resume can naturally include professional and demographic information, but please remove sensitive details that are not needed to consider your future career interest.

If you need to share confidential client material, ask us to arrange an approved secure channel before sending it.

4. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from the browser or device used to reach our services, from a person or organization that invites you to an Axtra workspace, and from service providers that support delivery, authentication, security and measurement.

If you use Google Sign-In, Google provides the account information you authorize, which may include your name, email address, profile image and a provider identifier. Axtra does not receive your Google password.

5. How we use information

We use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided and for compatible operational, security and legal purposes.

  • Responding to project, partnership, support, privacy, security and accessibility communications
  • Understanding requirements, preparing a requested proposal and managing the resulting business relationship
  • Reviewing future career interest and contacting you when a relevant opportunity may exist
  • Creating and securing accounts, authenticating users, maintaining sessions, enforcing workspace permissions and recovering access
  • Delivering, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting and improving the website and Axtra Hub
  • Measuring website traffic and content effectiveness through consent-controlled Google Analytics and aggregated Google Search Console reports
  • Preventing spam, malicious files, unauthorized access, fraud and other misuse
  • Complying with law, enforcing agreements, preserving evidence and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims

7. Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the public website. Where consent is required, analytics storage and measurement remain disabled until you choose to allow analytics. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features, remarketing, Google Signals or personalized advertising on this website, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents or other directly identifying form data to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous client identifier, page and event information, browser and device information, referral information and approximate location derived from the connection. Google states that Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive location information and then discards them before the address is logged or stored.

Google Tag Manager may be used as a consent-controlled delivery mechanism for Axtra's approved measurement configuration. Loading the container does not itself authorize unrelated advertising or third-party tags. We will update this notice and the Cookie Policy before enabling any additional provider or materially different use through the container.

Google Search Console helps us understand how the site appears in Google Search, including aggregated impressions, clicks, search terms, pages, device categories and countries. Search Console does not require us to load a separate visitor-tracking script on this website, and Google may omit rare or sensitive queries from reports to protect search-user privacy.

Google's privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google Analytics privacy information is available at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245

8. Cookies and browser storage

The public website uses browser storage for interface preferences and consent choices. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar signals for security, traffic management and abuse prevention. Axtra Hub uses necessary authentication and security cookies. Google Analytics cookies are optional and are controlled through the analytics-consent choice where required.

The Cookie Policy explains the technologies, purposes, default durations and available controls in more detail.

9. How information is disclosed

We do not publish public-form submissions. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, under appropriate access, confidentiality and security controls.

  • Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, DNS, traffic management and security services and may process IP addresses, request metadata, security events and essential-cookie information
  • Google, for consent-controlled Google Analytics, aggregated Search Console reporting, optional Google Sign-In and Google Workspace business email and communications
  • Hosting, infrastructure, malware-scanning, backup, observability and technical operations providers acting on Axtra's instructions
  • Authorized Axtra personnel and contractors who need the information for their role
  • Professional advisers, insurers, auditors or counterparties where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate duties
  • Courts, regulators, law enforcement or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security and safety
  • A successor or transaction counterparty in a merger, financing, reorganization, asset transfer or similar business event, subject to lawful safeguards

10. No sale or targeted advertising

Axtra does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it to display targeted advertising on the public website. We do not use public-site personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.

Because these activities are not performed, there is no separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out required for the current website. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide the controls required by applicable law before beginning the new processing.

11. International processing

Axtra is established in the United States. Our infrastructure and providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

When applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use a lawful transfer mechanism or another recognized basis, such as contractual protections. Provider-specific localization and transfer terms may also apply.

12. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, taking account of the relationship, record type, security needs, legal obligations, dispute periods and any deletion request. We do not publish fixed retention periods that have not been formally adopted.

  • Contact and support correspondence is retained while the request or business relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for continuity, security and legal records
  • Career submissions are retained while they may be relevant to future opportunities, subject to periodic review and earlier deletion where appropriate or requested
  • Hub account, authentication and audit records are retained while the account or workspace is active and afterward where needed for security, compliance, dispute resolution or recovery
  • Security and infrastructure logs are kept for limited operational periods determined by system configuration, incident needs and provider capabilities
  • Google Analytics user-level and event-level data follows the retention settings configured for the Axtra property; aggregated reports may remain available for longer

13. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information in light of its nature and the risks involved. Measures include encrypted transport, access controls, multi-factor and passkey options, rate limits, origin checks, least-privilege workspace authorization, logging and malware scanning of uploaded resumes before delivery.

No transmission, storage or authentication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe information connected to Axtra has been exposed or an account has been compromised, contact [email protected] promptly and do not include credentials in the message.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Axtra, you may have the right to request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a regulator. Rights can have legal exceptions, including when information must be retained for security, legal claims or another lawful purpose.

Send a request to [email protected] and identify the interaction, account or email address involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, but we may verify both the consumer and the agent's authority.

If we deny a request and applicable law gives you an appeal right, reply to the decision with the word “Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review the appeal separately and provide information about any further complaint option required by law.

15. Your choices

You can allow or deny optional analytics through the website's Cookie settings control and later change that choice through the same control. You can also delete browser storage, block cookies or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, although browser-level blocking may affect necessary Hub features.

Where applicable, we treat a legally recognized universal opt-out signal as a request concerning sale or targeted advertising. Axtra currently performs neither activity, so such a signal does not change the website's operation. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a single industry-standard meaning; we instead use the specific consent and privacy controls described here.

16. Children

The website and Axtra Hub are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through these surfaces. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact [email protected] so we can review and take appropriate action.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide an additional notice or request consent when required by law.

18. Contact

Privacy questions and verified rights requests can be sent to [email protected]. Security incidents and urgent account-access concerns should be sent to [email protected].
