Cookie Policy

Effective and last updated August 11, 2026

1. Scope and responsibility

This Cookie Policy explains how Axtra Solutions LLC uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on axtrasolutions.com and on Axtra Hub authentication surfaces that link to this policy. Axtra Solutions LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company owned by Mustafa YILDIZ.

A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and sent with later requests. Local storage remains in the browser but is not automatically sent with each request. Similar technologies can remember preferences, maintain security or measure interaction.

2. Categories we use

We use only the categories described below. The public website does not use advertising, remarketing or cross-site behavioral profiling cookies.

  • Strictly necessary technologies for secure delivery, traffic management, abuse prevention, form protection and Hub authentication
  • Preference storage for theme and cookie or analytics-consent choices
  • Consent-controlled Google Analytics measurement used to understand site traffic and content performance

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Depending on active security features and traffic conditions, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or use request signals to identify trusted traffic, manage load, enforce rate limits or respond to malicious activity. Names and durations can vary by Cloudflare product and configuration. Cloudflare's current cookie documentation is available at https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/

Axtra Hub uses secure authentication and anti-abuse cookies to maintain a signed-in session, associate security state with the correct browser and help prevent unauthorized requests. The normal Axtra Hub session duration is up to seven days, but a session can expire earlier, be revoked, or be replaced after a security event. Blocking these cookies prevents sign-in and authenticated Hub use.

Passkeys are credentials managed by your browser, operating system, password manager or security key. The server stores public-key credential material rather than your biometric data; a device's local passkey storage is controlled by the device or credential provider, not by this public website cookie setting.

5. Google Analytics and Tag Manager

When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_<measurement-id>.” Google describes a default expiration of up to two years for these cookies, subject to browser limits and the configuration in use. The first distinguishes a browser using a pseudonymous client identifier, and the second maintains session state.

Google Analytics measures information such as page views, navigation, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information and referral source. We configure it for measurement, not advertising, remarketing or personalized ads, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form values or resume information to Analytics.

Where consent is required, Google Analytics storage and measurement remain disabled until you allow analytics. You can withdraw that choice at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal prevents future optional measurement in that browser; it does not automatically delete reports lawfully created before withdrawal.

Google Tag Manager may load only after the same analytics choice. We use it to manage Axtra's approved measurement configuration, not as permission to add advertising, remarketing or undisclosed third-party tags. Any materially different tag or provider will be documented here before it is enabled.

Google's current GA4 cookie information is available at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11397207

6. Google Search Console

Google Search Console is an administrative reporting service, not an additional cookie loaded into the public website. It gives authorized Axtra users aggregated information about how pages appear in Google Search, such as impressions, clicks, query categories, pages, countries and device categories. Google omits some rare or sensitive search queries from reports to protect search-user privacy.

7. Your controls

Use the website's Cookie settings control to allow or deny optional analytics and to change that choice later. Necessary delivery, preference-recording and Hub-authentication technologies cannot be disabled through that control because they provide a feature or security state you request.

You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through browser settings. Clearing site data resets the theme and analytics choice and may sign you out of Axtra Hub. A browser extension, device setting or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on may provide additional control.

Axtra does not sell personal information or use cookies for targeted advertising. Where a legally recognized universal opt-out signal applies to those activities, the current website has no sale or targeted-advertising processing to disable.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when a browser technology, provider, duration or website feature changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. A materially new nonessential purpose will be disclosed and, where required, will not begin before an appropriate choice is available.

Questions about cookies and browser storage can be sent to [email protected].
