Accessibility Statement

Effective and last updated August 11, 2026

1. Our commitment

Axtra Solutions LLC wants its public website and public-facing authentication experiences to be usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and ways of interacting. Accessibility is part of design, content, engineering and ongoing operations rather than a one-time certification exercise.

Axtra Solutions LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company owned by Mustafa YILDIZ.

2. Accessibility target

Our target is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the public website and public-facing Axtra Hub authentication pages where reasonably applicable.

This statement is not a claim that every page, third-party service or possible assistive-technology combination has been independently certified or is free from barriers. Automated scores are useful evidence but do not replace manual accessibility review or feedback from disabled users.

The WCAG 2.2 standard is published by the World Wide Web Consortium at https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/

3. Measures we use

We use shared design and interface components so improvements can be applied consistently. Accessibility considerations are included in content structure, interaction behavior, responsive design and release review.

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels and meaningful control names
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs and account-security controls
  • Visible focus indicators and interaction states that do not rely only on color
  • Text alternatives for informative images and hidden treatment for decorative visuals
  • Responsive layouts intended to support reflow, zoom and narrow viewports without loss of core information
  • Color and type choices intended to meet Level AA contrast and readability expectations
  • Reduced-motion support for decorative animation where the operating system preference is available
  • Form instructions, validation messages, status announcements and error recovery paths
  • Performance and progressive-loading practices intended to preserve access on constrained devices and networks

4. Compatibility

The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. The best experience is expected with an up-to-date browser and operating system.

Core public information and contact paths should remain available where practical when JavaScript is unavailable, but interactive illustrations, dialogs, forms, theme controls and Axtra Hub authentication can require JavaScript and modern browser capabilities. Passkeys also require compatible browser, device and credential-provider support.

5. Known limitations

Complex decorative illustrations, canvas or shader effects may not expose every visual detail to assistive technology. Their surrounding headings and text are intended to carry the essential meaning, and decorative media should not block navigation or form use.

Uploaded resumes and documents supplied by applicants, clients or other third parties may not be accessible to every user. If an Axtra-provided document is not usable in your preferred format, request an alternative and identify the document and format needed.

A third-party sign-in or external website linked from Axtra is controlled by its provider. We welcome reports about the point where an Axtra interface creates a barrier, but we may not be able to change the external provider's interface directly.

6. Accessibility feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, send a message to [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered, the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it, and the alternative format or outcome that would help. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary to understand the issue.

We will review the report, identify an owner and work toward a practical correction or alternative where reasonably available. Response and remediation timing depends on severity, complexity and whether a third party controls the affected feature.

7. Escalation

If our first response does not resolve the issue, reply and ask for an accessibility escalation. The matter will be reviewed by an appropriate owner or operations contact with the earlier correspondence attached so you do not need to repeat the report.

Nothing in this statement limits a right or remedy available under applicable law.

8. Assessment and updates

We assess the site through design and code review, automated accessibility checks, keyboard and focus review, responsive inspection and targeted manual interaction. We update components and content as issues are found, standards evolve and new pages are introduced.
